My pd is May 19, 2014 in F2A and i am currently in USA on student visa, Do I need to call to NVC to let them know I am adjusting my status here in USA. what should be my next step? Any help will be appreciated. Anyone on this situations

You should select AOS here in your i485 form if you have submitted it instead of consulate

If you already selected that in your form i485 no need to call NvC

I am still waiting for my PD to be current to file the firm i-485...thats why

Oh then when it's become current and file I 485 you can select that option

Which one you had selected when you filed i130? Consular Processing or Adjustment of Status? If you had checked on Consular Processing you might wanna let NVC know you are doing Adjustment of Status, if you had selected Adjustment of Status on i130, USCIS will not forward your info to NVC and so no need to inform NVC.

In form I-130, I selected AOS, but still USCIS sent my application to NVC after i130 approval. Thin Beast bro, what did you fill up in line #22 of i-130? I gave my current address,not the Nepali address.
