Gopal Ghale has had been trying to leave the contry for years, he wanted to move to any country where he could exist or where he could do something that he is capale of of doing so.

YAHOOO !!! US DV visa Lottery chose him.

But too sad, Bichara (!) Gopal Ghale had given his Rolpa as his base address (which is his actual address) but in orde to prove his addresse Nepali officials are asking either He be a Maoist or 'Rajabadi'.
