We have 1 room available in our apt. since AUGUST in Medford, around the wellington T station. So, bus #108 (one goes to wellington n' other to malden T station) is only 2 mins. walk from the house. We have washer/dryer in the basement ( no coins needed ), on-street parking (free), Stop n' Shop in walking distance. We're preferably looking for a female who is very responsible, clean, organized, friendly, not too loud and paying bills on time.
