I have one room available to rent out in a nice two bedroom fully furnished apartment. Everything is sharable and you will have your own personal room. It's in Saint Paul, como lake area ten minutes drive to both downtown st paul and Minneapolis. Plenty of private parking spaces. So, no need to worry about getting car towed in winter.

Please let me know if you or someone you know need room. Rent is $375 per month with around $15 per month for utilities. So, it's a good deal for the price.
