the college will give you a new one if you explain your situation. you don't have to go to the airport to get the i20 stamped... only the stamp on your passport matters.

 thanks for the reply!!! i lost the first i-20 too(first college)and then i transferred and that one too!! now i am trying to transfer to different college!!! so was just wondering if i will have any trouble when transferring!!??

Be cool bro , you are not only one who did it. Just contact  current college to get new I20 whcich is your real identity over here. as far as i know you current i20 will enable you to transfer any college. passport , i 94 harayo bhane chai ali garo huncha bro, i20 its not a big deal unless u are out of status !
