Till now, just one major incident. In bhaktapur YCL & Youthforce clashed. 2 Rounds fired. Police reached the spot and everything was controlled.

At Lalitpur(Pulchowk, Bisal Bazaar|) when group of businessmen tried to open their shops today protesting Maoist Strike, Group of Maoist protesters thronged into their shops and have taken 10 businessmen into CUSTODY by MAOIST protesters. Police force have not yet commented on this matter.

Youth Force clashed with YCL @ Dhankuta. Police had to fire two rounds of tear gas.

21 places locals protested against Maoist Protest, 40 places clash and vandalism by Maoist, Severe clash and kidnap at 9 places:  4th day of strike has turned very violent.

- Ea|rly National dailies reported, Maoist protest is getting day by day violent.
- 3 Party meeting adjourned with any conclusion, planned to meet tomorrow.
- An old Maoist protester died while returning back from protest programme due to asthma and long walk.
- 21 places locals protested against Maoist Protest, 40 places clash and vandalism by Maoist, Severe clash and kidnap at 9 places:
- Clashes reported in Butwal, Chitwan, Bhaktapur, Sinamangal, Koteswor
- Prime minister Madhav Kumar talks with 44 diplomats (AMs, Consulates, UN, USAID, OHRC, DFID, etc) and says - Ready to set National Government.
- Press attacked in various places inside and outside the Valley.
- Large number of protesters flock back to Village today also.
