Chulbul teyo relief bata economic hardship wala work permit file gara na solta.. ani summer ma majja lay ghanta hana na..don't forget to get the work permit fees waived too..

Don't get too excited, though. Compare Nepali Bill to Filipino Bill (that fizzled out) https://www.congress.gov/bill/113th-congress/house-bill/3602/committees.
Nepali bill does have a lot more support -- 52 cosponsors-- compared to the Fillipino Bill - 11.
