nepaluk, thanks for the post, she's type 2 nepali, so am I.
We are pro-democratic, broadminded and we think global.
Type 1 are the most pretenders, think very small, big talks and never get tired of bashing type 2 nepali.
Slight comments about politics and deterioriting condition of our nation, automatically turns us into unpatriotic unloyals.
It's just a talk. We just want to see our nation do good, but we're barred from criticizing. They lash out against us, urge
us to do things beyond our scope. That's simply ridiculous.
There are another type, who takes neutral stand.
Personally, am okay with neutral and type 2. Should there be any need to help type 1, we won't back out, but these
type 1 would do and act differently.
So, if that girl reads this, 
just stay cool and try to identify them(I hated to categorize but it makes thing easy to sort out.), if things are not in your favor,
just laugh it off, they don't deserve much of your attention than that.

I agree with most of her points but one thing. If I see a nepali performing poorly why should still support him just because he is a nepali? Like, hakim_saab said, why should I join the herd of ignorant people who praise the poor performer just because he/she is from my country? Rather I would give my negative opinions, which of course would lead them to improve their performance.
Another thing, this girl is just mad because people didn't praise her dancing and gave her critical opinions or whatever she tells in the video about that party. She wants people to give her attention. Thats all.

@Su-nayna No one is jealous of her. People are just giving their opinions that she should have spoken in Nepali instead. If she doesn't like negative opinions she could have made the video private or disabled the commenting option.

 I think what she is saying is partly true. 

First, Medium of communication = English. Doesn't make you any more American or British. Think about it rationally. It is just a form of expression. To provide to a bigger mass of people, nothing beats English. Of course if you all learnt Mandarin Chinese, she'd be speaking in that too probably.

Second, Accent. What the hell is wrong with speaking with an accent? It is not at all about accent, rather expressions. If you are trying too hard to sound like one of the "Americans" or "British", you are probably not sounding like them anyway and making a fool out of yourself. Nobody judges you by the way you speak, accented or not. Rather the content and expressive nature of your talks is what reflects your personality to them. 

So stop fighting over petty little things. When the world is upto finding world's problems and solving it, it sounds a little concerning that we are busy fighting over things like "You shouldnt have danced on this number, You have to speak in Nepali, Your English is accented, Dont wear those clothes" Oh and Buddha was definitely born in Nepal.

1. You're grown up now and you should something for your country. You don't need to grow up until you hit menopause.
2. If you dance in Hindi at Nepal nachcha , then next time name it "Nepal nachcha"
3. Who gives a rats arse what you speak in nepali or try to fake an accent.
4. Just coz you're doing something doesn't mean all the human race needs to support you, we're not your family.

I can't believe people are complaining about accent. She says in the video she went to school in Nepal till the 6th grade. So the way she speaks is the way it is. I don't think she is putting on a fake accent. It's just that you are not able to digest it with your Nepalese mentality.

२) नेपालीहरुले आफ्नो देशको मान्छेलाई कहिले सपोर्ट गर्दैनन् भन्ने कुरा त कसरी सही होला र ? एउटा नेपालीलाई नेपाली भएकै कारणले CNN हिरो बनाउन नेपालीहरु अफिसबाट छुट्टी लिएर पनि भोट हालेको हाल्यै हुन्छन्, एउटा नेपालीलाई ईण्डियन आइडल जिताउन पैसा खर्च गरी गरी sms भोट हालेको हाल्यै हुन्छन्, नेपाली क्रिकेट टिमको जितमा नेपालीहरु कति खुशी हुन्छन् ? नेपाली फुटबल टिमले हार्दा एन्फाले जरिवाना नै तिर्न पर्ने गरी तोड्फोड पनि गर्छन्, बुद्ध नेपामा जन्मेका हुन् भनेर फेसबुकमा जे पायो त्यही फोटोहरु पनि शेर गरेका गर्यै हुन्छन् । यस्ता नेपालीहरुलाई कसरी नेपाली भएर नेपालीलाई सपोर्ट नगरेको भन्न मिल्छ ? नेपालीले नजानेको भनेको चुनावमा गएर कुन नेतालाई भोट हाल्ने र कुन नेतालाई भोट नहाल्ने भन्ने कुरा मात्र हो । त्यो पनि नेपालमा चुनाव नै हुँदैन ...

३) विदेशीहरुले आफ्नो देशको मान्छेले बनाएको भिडियोहरु जस्तो भए पनि मनपराउछन् भन्नु .. त्यो त अलि बढी भएन र भन्या ? मैले पनि youtube भिडियोहरु हेरेको छु । तर विदेशीहरुले पनि नराम्रो भिडियोलाई आफ्नै देशको मान्छेहरुले बनाएको भन्दैमा राम्रो भनेको कतै देखिएन ।
वास्तवमा यो प्रविती विदेशीहरुमा कम नेपालीहरुमा बढी छ जस्तो लाग्छ ... कालोलाई कालो र गोरोलाई गोरो भन्ने नसक्ने ... आफ्नो मान्छेले गरेको कामलाई नराम्रै भए पनि राम्रो भन्नु पर्ने नेपालीहरुको बानी (अथवा बाध्यता ?) ... हामीले गर्नुपर्ने अपेक्षा सबैले राम्रै राम्रो भनुन् भन्ने होइन राम्रोलाई राम्रो र नराम्रोलाई नराम्रो भन्नुन् तर शिष्ठ र रचनात्मक शैलीमा भनुन् .... शिष्ट शैलीमा गल्तीहरु औल्याएको कमेन्टले त झन् गल्ती सुधार्ने मौका दिन्छन् ....... यो कुरा चाँही पक्का हो कि 'नेपाल नाच्छ' कार्यक्रमको youtube भिडियोमा गरिएका थुप्रै कमेन्टहरु अत्यन्तै अशिष्ट छन् र भद्दा छन् ...

४) निकी बैनीलाई सुझाव, यस्तो दुई चार जना मान्छेले नराम्रो कमेन्ट गरे भनेर आत्तिनु हुँदैन । आफ्नो प्रयासलाई जारी राख, आफ्नो गल्तीहरुलाई सुधार्ने कोशीस गर .. नराम्रो कमेन्ट गर्ने आँफै राम्रो कमेन्ट गर्न थाल्नेछन् ....
