Sirish Dude Bush was never critical of Saudi govt and the Saudi royal family runs the Saudi nation with absolute autocracy no matter how contrary it is to Bush's own vision of taking care of terrorism by spreading democracy. The American interest serves well with Ganendra because he is the only master of Nepal Army on which the Americans still has a dim hope that it can at least stop or slowdown Maoism from haking hold in that region where the Americans have very limited access.

What inane posts. Better to ask, "Where are the Indians?" America has FAR bigger fish to fry than small-fry Nepal. LOL...get a grip, folks.

Indians atleast commented last night immediately after the move. I was desperate to know something about the move as no nepali websites were working and the phone lines being cut off. So I turned on CNN and FOX news in expectation of getting some news but there you go...they were showing Hillary Clinton fainting during her speech every 5 minutes.... Well, welcome to America..it was expected.

Why can you ppl get it in your thick head that nobody gives a shit if Nepal exists or not. Did anyone give a horse's ass when India put economic blocade ? NOPE. Did anyone give a damn when ppl were dying in the streets of KTM ? NOPE. So waht makes you think that anyone is going to give a damn now ? Look at Tibet... has USA done anything for them since the 50"s ? NOPE... besides we have no oil, gas or natural resouces from them to come for.

The U.N. rights chief, who last week held talks with the king who assured her of his commitment to democracy, urged him to restore the democratic institutions promptly. ?I now look to His Majesty to live up to his stated commitment to these fundamental principles, and ensure that the democratic institutions of the state are reinstalled without delay,? U.N. High Commissioner for Human Rights Louise Arbour.

The USS Carrier that was sent to help the Tsunami victims in Indonesia has been ordered to divert towards the Bay of Bengal, possibly to threaten King G re. India has welcomed the move and has agreed to let the Americans use their primitive "maato ko runway bhaako" base in Bihar. They have also promised to support the American mission by supplying 500 armoured "bail-gaadas" and 700 "taangaas". The "taangaa-pulling-donkeys" are to be protected by body armours supplied by Hallyburton. Upto 10,000 Bihaaris have already shown interest in volunteering in an interim poilice force that is to take charge of law and order in Nepal after the American invasion. Dozens of Bihari "bail gaadaa" and "taangaa" experts are already aboard the USS Carrier to train the Americans on how to operate those vehicles. reported by: AP (Associated Phools)

Should we be so worried about who gives a shit about us? This is exactly what has brought us to see this day in Nepal's modern history. It is about time that we assume responsibility to our own doing that has put our country in jeopardy. Did we care to check the background on the Bihari-bred politicians that riled us up for the revolution of 1990? People opted to support them on the basis of their life story more than if these politicians are credible enough to deserve the support. These politicians did nothing but to take advantage of the youth by promoting politics in colleges: disrupting education systems, degrading people's lives in every which way possible, introducing insecurity and Maoists. These politicians should be held accountable for degrading Nepal's image in the past 12 years and abusing our country. I am ashamed that our effort towards the 1990 revolution has come to this.

Nepal does not recognize duel citizenship .... and Americans of Nepali origin cant do much on the ground. Country is currently in the middle of civil war. In the situation of civil war, outside voices are less of concern for the parties of war.
