I think "everything" is either a criminal himself, who feels lonely, or he is a maniac who is about to go crazy who needs prof. help.
I don't think that he is working for a goverment "latoboy" if he is then I'd say our goverment have lost it's mind. (Although it woulden't surprise me a bit).

I dunno why "everything" started this thread ? may be he is trying to find due to some people US embassy denied visa for geniune nepalese people. Like :
1. Some parents came to US for their relative's graduation and did not return back.
2. Some people came on Visitor visa. they showed lots of money on their bank accounts and later file for refugee..I don't know how INS believe that
last time I was reading news ... one 69years old women denied for visa , she wants to come here just for few weeks for her grandaughter marriage...

I know it is strange question he/she raise but in reality....

There were several cases that Nepali people did crimes in foreign countries like USA, Canada, Australia, and Japan.

I found that Nepali News papers several time one Nepali student robbed several bank in USA, finally he got caught and deport Nepal from USA jail.

Another case, one Nepali made girl friend to one white woman and after 1 year he married that white woman. He had several babies from that white man. But when he got “Green Card” USA employment permit. He felt (abandon) her and went to Nepal. He married innocent girl from innocent Nepali family. Nepali girl and her parent do not know it.

In Japan, Nepali man made one Japanese girl as a girl friend. One day he killed her and robbed her money, credit cards and jewelries, and escape to Nepal. According to Japanese newspaper, He had stolen worth of US $30,000 from death girl.

In Australia, one Nepalese man robbed (illegal withdraw) almost Australian dollars $36,000 from Nepalese Association while he was as a Treasurer in Nepalese Association. According to Nepalese people said that he is hiding in Australia.

In Canada, According to Nepalese people and foreign friends of Nepalese people, one Newer is currently living in Canada. He made one Pilipino girl friend and he had one baby girl from her. But when he got Canadian citizenship, he went to Nepal and got married with one innocent Nepali girl. She does not know that his filthy background.

These are example of sad story what Nepali do in foreign land.

One Newer guy who had almost 3 years relation with Pilipino girl had 1 kid in Calgary, Canada.

But he just married one Nepali girl and brings her in Canada. She does not know anything about his past background. It is shocking if she knows it.

Pilipino girl who is taking care his kid... she is abandoned by him.

She could law suit to him any time.

This criminal corrupted crooks must get punish somehow.
