I have a question regarding the labor advertisement.
I am a BA working in one location and my company is located in another state. In that case where should the advertisement be published for my labor ? Does it need to be national level? Anyone have similar experience. thanks for you help.

Advertise should cover your work place location. National level is better option. If national paper is not feasible then atleast local newspaper for your workplace is required.hope it answer ur question.

Agree with the above post.
When you say your company is located in another state, hope you meant the headquarters. Now a days, USCIS sends audit to a company location to make sure you actually are working there, so be careful.

What i meant is that my company is a consulting firm so they have their only office in another state but i work in a different state in a client location. In that case, the job advertisement should be for my location or for the company's location ?

Hmm..I am not an expert on consultancies, but my guess would be that the advertisement should be for the company's location, since the client aren't doing the hiring; your company is.

it should be client location. even you are hired by employer, client location is the place where you work. so in advertisement you need to give client location. basically location will be client location and contact will be your employer. i think it is confusing. But basic thing is noone of US candiadte in client location are good candidate so your employer is hiring you as foreign person to that position.

In my case there is nothing mentioned about client location. And SWA is also based on my consultancy address. GC application is for future employment, so it has nothing to do with your current job. Your lawyer will draft add. and every thing, so i dont think u need to worry abt it.

my 2 cents, do not do EB3 unless you absolutely love your job and employer.

As per suggestion from lawyer, my employer give advertise for the job located in client location. One of my friend recommend that lawyer who already had my frends GC approved. i guess it all depends on lawyer.
