Our last king Birendra, became popular, PRIMARILY becasue he did NOTHING for the people or country. Just sat and watched. Our current politicians are hungry for more power, wealth, are uneducated (99.999%), selfish, corrupted, self centered, inept, and the list goes on, who are INCAPABLE to solve the problem facing the Nation. Consider the irony, when the largest DEMOCRATIC party, congress, has a president, (elected) undemocratically, there by introducing democracy with euthanasia. Talk about, cat protecting milk. LOL.
Maoist?? hahahah are u kidding me? They are beyond any defination.simply put, they are inhuman.
And then there is Gyane. Not loved and popular as his brother, for his crooked past, doubtful personality, a prime thug himself, smuggler and also the father of infamous killer paras.
BUT, if we reallyyyyyyyyy THINK and analyze, this very Tyrant, is the only hope, if any, for the Nation. Unless maoist, comes to sense and remembers that they are Nepali and most importantly HUMANS (which i doubt), Gyane is, if not ceratin, the safest bet.
So let's us give him his share. And unite NOT for the Tyrant but for the Nation. Let us buy some time, to EARN peace, and from there on we can build some constructive actions to recover our Nation. Then we can discuss about the role a royalty could play if any, in Nepal. The need of the hour calls for patience and unity, not diversity of opinions and political leaning. If we don't realize this need, those days ain't far away, when Nepal would see foreign forces, coming into Nepal, to humiliate us by protecting (?) us from our own people. This is not just my figment of imagination, this is a most probable sitution, if we keep on arguing among ourselves.
So let's say, for NEPAL. I know it's not hard, after all, " Jata jau, jaha laga, jata sukai laijau malaiiiiiiiiiiiii.. yooo maan ta meroo Nepali hooooooooooooo".
Unity and peace,
IndisGuise:)
