४) सांसद पदमा चुनाव लड्न कम्तीमा स्नातक सम्मको शिक्षा हुन पर्ने।
५) शारीरिक रुपले अशक्त, रोगले ग्रस्ट ब्यक्तीहरुले पद ओगटिरहन नपाइने।
६) भ्रस्टाचार वा अन्य् फौजदारी मुद्धा लागेर सजाय पाएको ब्यक्ति कुनै चुनाव लड्न नपाउने।

Dear rahulbhai, तपाइंको घमण्डी प्रतिकृया पढेर छक्क परें। यस्तो लाग्यो कुनै पन्चले पन्चायतको बखान गरेजस्तै कसैले गिरिजाको स्तुतिगान गाइरहेको छ। तपाइंजस्तो बिद्वान त म नहुँला तर के सत्य हो र के झुट हो भनेर छुट्याउने बिबेक ममा छ। त्यसैगरि असललाइ असल र खराबलाइ खराब भन्नसक्ने साहस पनि ममा छ। तपाँइजस्तो गिरिजा, माधव, देउबा, प्रचन्ड व राजा कसैको पनि भजन गाइरहनु मलाइ जरुरत छैन।

गिरिजाले १५ बर्ष साशन गरेको संबन्धमा, गिरिजा ७-८ बर्ष प्रधानमन्त्री भएको त तंपाइले भनिसक्नुभयो। आर्को ७-८ बर्ष कसरि थपियो भन्ने बुझ्न देशको साशन संयन्त्र भनेको प्रधानमन्त्री मात्र होइन, ब्यबस्थापिका र प्रमुख राजनितिक दलहरु पनि हुन र देशलाइ कता लैजाने भन्नेमा उनिहरुको उत्तिकै ठुलो हात रहेको हुन्छ भनेर बुझ्नु जरुरि छ। प्रधानमन्त्री नभएको अबस्थामा पनि निति निर्माण र महत्वपुर्ण निर्णयका प्रकृयामा गिरिजाको प्रभाबशालि भुमिका संधै रहन्थ्यो। बास्तबमा, गिरिजा भनेको १५ बर्षे बहुदलिय साशनकालको सबैभन्दा महत्वपुर्ण राजनितिक ब्यक्तित्व हो। त्यसो हुनाले, १५ बर्षको अवधिमा देशमा के भयो त्यस्को जिम्मेवारिबाट गिरिजा पन्छन पांउदैन। हो, गिरिजाका मतियारहरु र उसका हन्डि खानेहरुले यस्तो तितो सत्य स्विकार्न चाहदैनन्। तर देसलाइ नेतृत्व दिने कुनैपनि नेताले आफ्ना मातहतबाट भएका सम्पुर्ण भ्रस्टाचार, नरसंहार र बेथितिहरुको जिम्मेवारि लिनैपर्छ। यसमा गिरिजा अपबाद् हुनसक्तैन। त्यसैगरि दरबार र पन्चेहरुले गरेका आफ्ना कर्तुतहरुको पनि उनिहरुले जिम्मा लिनै पर्छ। मैले कहिल्यैपनि पन्चायति ब्यबस्था ठिक थियो भनेर भनेको छैन। तर पन्चायतलाइ दोष दिएर गिरिजा, माधव, देउबा वा प्रचन्डका अपराधहरु चोख्याउन खोज्ने तंपाईको तर्कसँग बिल्कुल असहमत छु। हरेकले (यसमा दरबार पनि पर्छ) आफ्ना अपराधहरु स्विकार्नै पर्छ।

तंपाईजस्तो धेरै बुझक्कढ नभएपनि प्रजातन्त्र भनेको गिरिजा, माधब, देउबा, प्रचन्ड वा दरबार मात्रै होइन भन्ने मलाइ राम्रोसंग थाहा छ। यि फटाहाहरु र यिनका मतियारहरु नभएपनि प्रजातन्त्र बाँच्नसक्छ। तर प्रजातन्त्र नभए यिनिहरु कसैको पनि अस्तित्व सम्भब छैन। जबसम्म यो सत्य तंपाईले बुझ्नसक्नुहुन्न, तंपाईसंग बहस गर्नु बेकार् छ।

अर्को नेपाली जी,
तपाईं को प्रतिकृया उन्माद्पूर्ण छ कि मेरो त्यो तेस्रो ब्यक्तिले निर्क्यौल गर्ला । मलाई पनि तपाईं सँग बहस् गर्ने रहर छैन्, जस्ले पल् पल् मा अफ्नो भनाइ फेर्दछ। हिजो सम्म तपाई प्रजातन्त्र् लाई गाली गर्दै हुनुह्न्थ्यो, आज् प्रजातन्त्रको दुहाइ दिंदै हुनु हुन्छ। यति छिटो बिचार् मा बिचलन्?

तपाई को प्रतिकृया त केवल् राजनैतिक् दस्ताबेज जस्त् मात्र छ, मीठा कुराहरु को पुलिन्दा। कुनै तपाई सङ तथ्याङ्क छ? कुनै प्रामाणिक दस्तावेज छ? पन्चायत् र राजतन्त्र बहुदल भन्दा उत्तम् थियो भन्ने प्रमाणित गर्न?
मैले कसैको भजन गाएको छैन।गाउनु जरुरि पनि छैन। कसैको कृपा मा बाचेको नि छैन। केवल प्रजातन्त्रको पक्षमा आफ्नो मत राखेको हुं। यस मानेमा खुशी छु कि प्रजातन्त्रको वकालत् गर्नु भयो अन्त्य मा आएर। हो प्रजातन्त्रमा जवाफदेहि सबै तह र पक्षका नेता हुनु पर्दछ। त्य् संस्कार् हाम्रा नेता मा भएन। देश ले जुन् गति र आकृति लिनु पर्ने हो, त्यो लिएन। ए बा बा, कस्ले न मानेको छ र् यो यथार्थता लाई?
जङल पसेका एक् पक्ष किन र कसरि भन्ने कुरा अझै रहस्यमय छ। जे जति कारणले जन युग्द सुरु गरे पनि त्यस्ले बिनाश बाहेक् निम्त्याएन । आज देशमा बन्दुक् बिसाएर राजनिती गर्छु भनेर आएको छ, तिनलाई फेरि अर्को बन्दूक् तेर्साउने? शंकास्पद् भए नि अहिले मारकाट् बन्द भएको छ। संबिधान् सभाले देश् को भबिश्य कोर्लान्। जनताको मत प्रचण्ड को गोली भन्दा शक्तिशाली हुने छ। गिरिजाको गर्जन भन्दा प्रभावशाली हुन्छ। माकुनेको चतुर्याइ भन्दा फरक् खाले हुन्छ। जनताको मत मा बिश्वाश् गरम्। यत् भन्दा तपाइलाई अझै भजन गाएको जस्तो लाग्छ भने मेरो केहि भन्नु छैन। तपाई ले भने जस्तै, म भजन गाउने नै ठहर्ने छु, घमण्डी नै गनिने छु। तपाईको खुशी यसै मा छ भने बहस् गर्न पनि यहि बिश्रान्ति लिने छु। अस्तु!

Dear rahulbhai, criticizing Girija is not speaking against democracy. I have never spoken against democracy. Also, I have never said Panchayat was better than democracy. In democracy, everbody must respect the rule of law, everybody must be held accountable and nobody is immune from criticism. I am not surprised, for people like you, who always see things through the eyes of Girija, Madhav, Deuba, Prachanda or Gyanendra, its difficult to accept this truth.

Hey....just refrain yourself if you want to try to walk away with some web data on state and maobadi misconduct....

Just imagine what they could have done when there were spare free....

Well, Everyone is posting their view...you all are right on your thought..but we have to thought differently...This time Girija is important because he only one who has guts to solve the crisis...So, I am infavour of Girija...Yeah, I appricate Girija was never good...but he is trying to correct his past mistake..so we can give him the chance to correct...and solve the proble....Now its come to the parchanda point...I hate prachanda and baburam mostly than other leaders......but we have to give them the chance to come in the main stream so the long lasting peace will be stablish in the country....otherwise there is no way....i thought Rahul bhai is not trying to prove Parchanda, Girija, Madav...and other leaders are right...but he is trying to prove that the importance of the current situation....Girija samaya le mage ko mang ho...hami na karna sakdainau....Girija le thuprai galti gare ko cha..tera u aile desh ma pecace stablish garna pratibadha cha...teskaran we have to support Girija this time...thats samaya ko mang ho...jo hami bhujhi bhujhi..pani bhujhna khodainau......
