Here goes mine:
School start hunu bhanda agadi bihana bunch of stx guys threw a rose on sms ko building( nirmal school tira ko side ko building) n the rose hit the window of my clss 9 “A” n miss uma subba came to knw abt it then she rushed to principal marget’s office ani ta hangama suru… stx guys sucked @ targeting well they did they were suppose to throw the rose at clss 9 “B” but A ma lagyo assembly ma sab clss 9 ko kt haru lai rakera devan anjana le bhasan deko “if u guys r so desperate go make a line @ street I am sure there are lots of road side romeos” re lol everyone was trying not to laugh their ass off. Ajja stx ko tyo bokas haru lai sms lerako lol prici talked to them n warned them not to hit sms grls hahaha it was hilarious

people have duel identities.....as BB pointed out there are lot of Xaverians and Marians who attented budhanilkantha plus their alma mater. so obviously they belong to both. of course some have more traits of one than other. its natural being human. and on top of that we are not trying to boast or brag about those traits.

this was a simple recollection of past life.@ least for me it was more than 40% of my life.
we were not trying to obsfucate readers with infinitesimal minutiaes.

getting back to why they are not active in politics.. then that's the HISTORY of Xaverian's in particular that very few have been in politics.... (O: when i say few means few 1 person i recall is DIWAKAR MAN SHERCHAN..[ there might be few others] .. u know why that's because of XAVERIAN spirit(my assumption). its not because we are not eloquent its because we cannot hide behind somebody and not assume responsibility for your action. its also because that we stand for something, unlike politicians. that's why most of the Xaverians are succesful and happy in their personal life. They have succeded in whatever field they have chosen. Once thing is for sure they are good executioners...

as for me.. why i am not posting actively in GAASMAN and not posting in sebsonline because I choose not to.
Sajha alone has provided me that platform where i can flourish and top of that I personally do not think i can be part of something that flourish disintegration. that's why i am here in sajha. for me there is no need to try to factionize or fractionize.

I am humbled by your politeness :D. I'd say discussing about politics and social matters does help in a country's situation, especially in country like ours. If people with some morale do not discuss about political matters, then, only the uneducated and cunning ones will be in power. Discussing about any matter increases awareness, especially in a place like sajha (where people come from different walks of life) unless the other person doesn’t shut her ears and becomes stubborn. At least, one will know who is the lesser of evils when it comes to voting.

A person from xma, who persued A level from bnks and posts on sebsonline doesn’t represent an xma. That person simply represents a sebser.

Almost all students in sms and stx are from ktm valley and from families that don't have worry about politics. The sole reason why bnks(until grade 10) is more knowledgeable about nepal is because of diverse range of students from all parts of nepal. They ‘know’ that nepal ranges beyond kathmandu valley and the ground reality of Nepal.

I don't believe I said people here are ‘boasting’ about their school life, did I? Why would I say :P. It’s just I haven’t seen xma having philosophical discussions, at least in forums.

let c.. in my batch there are @ least 30 students out of 120 who were out of BAGMATI ZONE... including me.. so there was a diverse representation... 25% ... is preety significant. maybe if u go and count the number of students outside BAGMATI ZONE in budhanilkantha .. is that about 25% too.. how many of them i.e. those in scholorship really were poor.

Maybe I was partially right on the statement. I did not know that 25% of stx students were out of bagmati zone. But I never heard or seen 25% of sms students to be out of bagmati zone. AT LEAST 25% of bkns students used to have full scholarship...about 40% bkns student(below 10th grade) out of ktm valley....

Figures aside, I feel the importance to think about success of the country and not only one's personal success. I was only trying to reason why most sms and stx (not influenced by bkns) are not concerned about politics.
