Do you guys have any experience or idea about   Gas Station, 7 Eleven or Subway business? One of my relative wants to invest some money on that kind of small business.  What do you guys think will be a best idea Gas station, 7 Eleven or Sub way?  How much money is needed in the beginning? How difficult it is to get bank loan?

Guys please share if you have idea. It will be very useful to us. 

 As you see there are many many listings

But you have to ask a question 
Why they want to sell their business?

May be

1.They already made enough money now want to spend  
2. Want to retire because of old age.
3. Health condition
4. family condition (divorce etc)
5. Relocation
6. Cant not handle more than one business so want to sell second
7. etc etc
8. High risk area (crime infested)
9.Big company is coming (which eats small business)

OR

Because of money loosing business



that you have to find out by your own due dligince
