Hey Xena, About Jin's wife; she still tries her very best to keep her english speaking skill secret. But in one of the episode, Kate sort of finds out that Sun (Jin's wife) could understand her -- because of Sun's facial expression. Eventually Jin also finds that his wife could speak English, which ticks him off. They stop talking with each other. Towards the end when Jin and company are ready to take off of the island with their newly built boat, Sun tries to convice her husband that they should make up again. Sun gives him her own little Korean-English dictionary that she wrote, so that he could talk to others while on the boat ride. Jin tells his wife the reason for him to have to go. So that he could come back to rescue Sun. After a sweet Korean (french) kiss, Jin takes off. Well!! that's that with Sun's story. Hey Kalankisthan, yeah I am a big fan of '24' as well. Now its 4rth season is out on dvd, I need to watch it. I loved 'Rome' too, but kind of disappointed that its 1st season is over. I had gotten so used to watching Rome every Sunday. Chow ya'll..

Damn! I do not know what show(s) ya'all are talking about. Tyasaile zoomed thru the stuff. Katai Godfather dekhi halcha ki bhanera. Seems like its an old news. ;) I have only opened the i"diot's box" ONCE in past 3-4 months, and slept with some news channel playing "raaga" which sounded akin to lullaby. Bihana nibaidiye :). Aja feri TV hernu maan bhayo la. My BIG weekend plan ;). If I catch up with some show, shalll post my review. (Thukka, kasto boor bhako kaam ma. Maile kehi hereko chaina bahnera post garnu parne. Now we are talking... :) Godfather eh'!!!!!!!!! Actually it's an unfair question. Sand ma bich ma adkincha chanchun aka coin :). Well, Mr. Brando, Mr. Pacino (Don Michael Corleone) and Mr. De niro represented three different eras. It can be argued that Mr. Brando and Mr. De Niro (Both Don Vito Corleone) represented one generation in some ways. Among the famous lines from the Godfather, my favorites are: 1) I'll make you an offer you can not refuse. 2) Keep your friends close, but keep your enemies closer. No matter what people might say, there is never gonna be another Godfather. That is, unless I start my own "Our people" thing ;). Some lingos: ----> The barries gave them much bulge then, but now the capos are behind the eight-ball. ----> He's a bing. The bird is a boozehound. That boop, blipped off the other bird for the board. <--- happens ;) Here, Capo means commander Behind the eight-ball means in a difficult/sticky situation Barries means money/cash. Bulge means advantage/ an edge Bing means crazy Boozehound means drunkard Boop means dumb Bird means man Board means woman Blipped off means to kill someone. The point is, it's not easy to talk the talk, let alone walk the walk. But nothing is impossible. Personality grooming jastai yeuta Mafia grooming kholnu parla. :p I guess there is a new word in the street these days. Instead of Mafia or Mob, they use word like,, el contra . or something (not sure) which basically means "Our people". Hahahaha… besi guff hake jasto cha maile :p Anyways...... Sajha ka Don kaunnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn??? Hahahaa. Goli maar bheje mein... Dhichauuuuuuuuuuu IndisGuise:)

Yo, now we are talking...:p...hehe my personal famous line....thought to utter before i forget. lol. Since i got the godfather trilogy, i keep translating everyday language into godfather quotes. this, from II: Hyman roth: that two million....in a bag in you room. i'm going in to take a nap....when i wake, if the money's on the table, i'll know i have a partner -- if it's not, i'll know I don't. I know, i have a problem.... :D :D

I remember that scene. Don Michael Corleone gets one better and finishes off that old fart. It was in Cuba, that scene. That is where Michael's brother runs away from him after he finds out that he (elder brother) stabbed him from behind (betrayed him). Yeah you do have a problem :D hehe ;) How about "Taxi Driver" style huh! " You talkin' to meh!" ... "Yu talkin to meh'!!!!" hahaha, LOVED IT. IndisGuise:)

I have been a fan of Lost since the beginning. I have not missed a single episode. But lately, is it just me or has anybody noticed, the show is losing its appeal. They keep stretching the story, quite needlessly I might add, making it more and more boring. Whatever has happened to the monster of the island? They don't mention it anymore. How about the whispers? Where did the French woman go? What about the Australian guy who used to live in the bunker? There are so many questions, I feel the show has lost its focus. I keep watching hoping for the story to come back on track. But soon, the story might itself become negligible, and I will stop. But I hope not.

Yo Yo meh talking to yo... :D :D Ahhhh, seriously the Godfather and Gofather II are two of the greatest movies every made regardless of genre. They are teh win! ;) Besides, how can you go wrong with Robert De Niro and Al Pacino in the same movie? :D What about Casino ? I totally disliked most of Casino, and I would rank it as one of the worst of the gangster genre. It also has one of the worst special effects I've ever seen in it's opening shot. 1) Robert Deniro walks out of Motel towards parking lot 2) Robert Deniro crosses parking lot and approaches ugly pink car 3) Robert Deniro enters car, closes door, and puts key in ignition 4) Robert Deniro turns ignition 5) Robert Deniro turns into a manequin 6) Car Explodes If Scorcese had filmed it from a slightly different angle and speed up the transition it would have worked, but in it's current incarnation it looks like one of my experiments with stop-motion film featured hmmmm.....

Goodfellas is excellent, i absolutely LOVE it. The line up is filled with real life people that really to me look act and smell the part....However, to me, nothing can beat the Godfather series. ;-)

Anonymous, yo dude!! Where are you? There are girls missin' you in a heartbeat in sajha... ;) All the girls they make a row and ask me, one by one, "kalanki -- do you know anonymous is Lost? Have U seen him?" -- Me goes "Don't keep on askin' me about other guys coz it's about time i Lost my temper"... Damn man, where are you? Sound like you are in the deepest forest of Africa, using an African Internet service that is so Africanised that if it stops working, they start beating the drums.. :D Redstone aka Reddie {Inspector Reddy in old hindi movies} ehe... You don't know "Lost"? heoohoshohoeho. dude, call 911 and ask em "do you know what is Lost?" and they will give you pretty good list of the items that are lost. :D:D Xena!!! Search your room, under the bed, behind the couch, over the window eh!! probably you will find the "Lost" Nirvana CD from good ol' days. If you find em, you come back and screaaaaaaaam "Eureka! Eureka!! Eureka!!!, I found Nirvana"!!! :D LadyinRed, Well, watched Godfather and Godfather II a long time ago. They keep on playin' all the three Godfather movies and although I have caught bits and pieces of them on tv, one of these days I have to devote a day of my life watching all the three movies. :D Can't stand the way they play movies on TV, the Closed captioned, heavily edited and frequent commercial breaks... ha!!! kalanki:
