Do anyone know the best time for trekking in the following routes in Nepal? Any website or link to know what months the routes are open for trekking?

The Everest Region

The Annapurna Circuit

The Annapurna Sanctuary and around Pokhara

Helambu, Gosainkunda and Langtang

Rara Lake

Dolpa

Kangchenjunga

Based on my experience of the Annapurna Circuit, November is the best time. It was lovely and was not too cold yet.

October is better.   Winter in Himalaya is beautiful but  avoid Annapurna Circuit, Sancturary, Kanchenjunga in Winter.   Avalanche !  Annapurna routes upto Ghorepani/Ghandruk, Langtang, Everest Base Camp can be done almost year round.
