simple..eveyone of us.every neapli is responsible for this chaos and voilence.we the young people chose to think about ourselves before we think about the country. we escaped and landed in america and think that we are now free from the problems nepal is facing. we refuse to do anything to bring normalcy back to nepal. then there are the leaders for whom power and name are the only desirables(money too), they are closed their mind to the screaming nepali people a long time back. then we have the king who thinks he is above the law just coz his name has " shah dev" at the end. so u see every one is the culprit..

Hoina Bhumi bro, auta kura key bhane Nepal ma Kam garne bhanera key garne. Its not really possible to maintain ethics over there. I worked for a while when I was there. First they did not bother to pay for 2 monhts. Second they had 2 books. One for the got and other for thier reords. I quit the job as soon as I got my sal. In the same way other examples are of Unlimited. They did not pay salary to staff when finally all went out of control and started taking the assets home. I heard Merchantile is also going into same trend. These are the private insitutions. There is no point about talking about govt. How a person is suppose to work in that environment???

Thanks everyone for your nice responses. A little add-on here: Which of these philosophies/ideologies whould work to bring an end to the current crisis in the country? 1Gandhi-non-violence/passive resistance9derived from the lives and teachings of buddha and jesus) 2.Che Guevara:a leftist/humanist approach to cure social ills(violence if necessary) 3.A french revolution type movement to set an enlightened republic. 4.Thomas Jeffersonian democracy-the system that is based in the US. 5.Josef Stalin/Hitler like dictator(the hard-core nationalists)
