Prachandra has already been to Morang, Chitwan, Pokhara, etc. after SPA come to power. He must be visiting Ktm several times in recent days wiht the help of NA and the king. He might be even the in palace several times, who knows. I think Prachandra and the King are the ones who saved each other's life during the violent era (you might not know more than that they were in touch during that period). Looks like Thaha Payen is coupe of Ghau away from prachanda. I remember him saying something about him from Chitwan so is Prachanda. So there is some kind of link between these two.

Regarding what I posted earlier, there is no surprise if Prachandra spends times in the palace frequently. He has already accepted that his party was frequently in touch with the Palace through Dhirendra and others. so, Maoists must have taken some advantages of this link in the past as well to weaken those parliamentary parties and the then governments.

My guess about Prachandra's presence in Kathmandu was based on what he said recently in KTV. Maoists leadership is freely working at various parts of Nepal including Chitwan, Morang, Kaski, so they must be in Ktm as well. Just after posting my opinion above, I found a news in FNN which I already posted the link of.

Do I really sound like Prakash Dahal (I just heard this name as Prachandra's son through KTV few days ago)? FYI: I am also from Chitwan, not from the same Gaun though. And, you can say or guess whatever you like, I don't mind.
