There is no such thing as best consultancy for placement. All the consulting companies will sponsor. Different consulting companies have different rates though, and that totally depends on individual basis. I would personally recommend you go with the direct vendor instead of third party consultancies if you are a genuine candidate. You will get much better pay, and it will reduce the chance to get RFE.
