It means he is a terrorist in Nepal....and Girija,ed witPrachandaa, Bhaiitari and Makune were paid by the Indian government to get him that position....

The guy who edited Ram Baran Yadav's page is from IP address 66.211.11.18. From the history tab on wikipedia, it reveals that this guy deliberately destroyed the page and added that bad content. Can somebody find, if there are any comments from that IP to the Sajha.com.

What do we have here watson?
well we can always judge him by what he edited.
It seems he helped improve "gender identity disorder" page. To be specific, he changed

Since it involves measuring "stuff", my guess would be a civil engineer.
