Good one but was too short. Same thing can be said about "Aakashaima". Anyway, waiting for you to complete those songs so that I can drop them in my iPod. :-) Arch "Every 10 seconds a woman is giving birth; she must be found and stopped."

cool_keta, i liked it. you have a nice voice. the acoustic sound sounds amazing, and i know that all you have is a mike and an acoustic guitar. like arch119, i am looking forward to a longer version of the song. i was just wondering how you record your stuff. what kind of setup do you have? i have also composed some stuff, and i shoud probably start recording it because i have a habit of quickly forgetting it. i found quotes for Pro Tools hardware & software online, and the whole setup costs around $500, plus around $100 for a good mike (like a shure SM57). i know that there is a bunch of freeware out there too. i would greatly appreciate any info..thanks..

Arch and Zalim, thank you very much.. Zalim for my setup, i own a yamaha f-310 series guitar with a dell mike that came free with my computer :D. i know nothing to be proud of. As for what are the procedures. My mike is very thin. I can drop it into guitar soundhole and record clear sounds. But for this song, i just put it outside, taped it in guitar neck so i can sing and strum at the same time. for software, i use cool_edit pro. That is all man. If you really want to have a good studio recording, get a good soundcard and good mike. It should cost you around 300 dollers together.

All the songs are superb but then too short. Why don't you sing the whole song espeically 'AAkasaima' ...and others. But great effort. THanks for the song and keep it up

hey guys....it was nice to hear u guys talk about recording and all....i havent yet heard the song yet but i guess its pretty good, based on comments....:)....since u guys are talking about recording songs and stuffs, i think the zoon PSO4 is a good one....i bought one a year ago.....costs arn 200 bucks.....its not that hi-fi and all but its awesome for doing demo tracks.....it has got built in drums and bass sounds and u can record upto 4 tracks....it also has a built in mic with effects in it.....i have done some songs (no vocals, only instrumentals....my vocal sucks......hehehehe) in it but i dont know where to upload it.....i think its a pretty good deal considering the budget and all..... PS...give me some info regarding where can I upload the songs.....

cool_keta....thanks for the info...as for PSO4, its not a recording software.....its sort of a mini studio (Palmtop Studio) from zoom company.....u can record songs in it and then upload it into your computer and save it in wav format..its got a seperate software for uploading songs.......althought there are 4 kinds of bass sounds and (sounds not too good), i think its great for demo and stuff.....but good drum sounds.......good for practice......u can go to the following link and check it out... www.zoom.co.jp till then, have fun.....

ZalimSingh I can give you some of my personal experience. I do not want to be a smartass here on this thread, which some of the the guys think you are when you give your expertise or help, typical of Nepali attitude. Write to me at Brenda_Budi@hotmail.com if you need some feedback with audio inteface, sound cards etc.
