I got my H1 approval from the indain consultancy but i havent completed my masters degree yet. From october i will no longer be in F1 status but i want to complete my study. the things which is going in my mind is since i didnt took any traning from the consultancy and i dont have any job either,so what are the options? if i dont have job i will no longer in H1 and neither be in F1

Bachelors Degree is sufficient for having H1. But its odd that you have no job but still got H1B. May me better you find some employer who can provide you job and so that you can transfer h1B. To get work is more important than education in US. and also if you have a US degree, the chance of getting job is higher. good luck.

As far as I understand about these dhoti consultancies, you are employed by them and on the basis of which you got your H1 B. As long as you are in employment contract with them, your H1 is valid. Does not matter whether or not you get a job through them. I am pretty sure you will still have a valid H1 and you can keep looking for Job.

What a waste of H1B visa. It should not be happened. People have to quit the job because the H1B visa number is not available and here some are holding H1B without job. This need to be changed.

Hey deshprem dont worry if the consultancy has provided u with the h1 they will also help u find a job and they might give u some kinda training too , most of the consultancies do that
and as far as your education is concerned u can still continue ur studies in h1 visa that will be cheaper for u infact.
