This is a follow up of the neighbor problem I posted few weeks ago. For those of u who read and posted comments should remember vividly.

They continued to disturb us and we talked to the landlord and today, my wife caught them talking lies to the  landlord and my wife confronted on the spot. I wasn't at home.

And guess what happened next = she called Child Protection Services and they just left us after questioning us for 20 minutes and took picture of my son etc.

I am pissed guys-I want pay them back-need suggestions??

If you did not abuse yr child, they told a lie to the police, And that is a crime right there (lying to the police).

i asked the child service guy if i could complain about the false report and he said we should just let it go because it is hard to prove she called. don't they have phone records? i want to talk to a lawyer at school but we have one problem - that bitch knows my wife works and she could call INS next. any suggestions.

 

our son is our first and only child and apple of our eye. we love him to death let alone abuse him and our soceity is famous for strong family bonds not abuse. may be she doesn't know it! i googled and found false report is a felony and she can go to jail or end up fines for giving us mental torture.

This is what your neighbors must have done: They called DFS (Division of Family Services), the caller's name and phone number appears on DFS worker's phone but your neighbor must have told the hotline staff, "I want to remain anonymous."  The person taking the call is ALWAYS different from the person who comes to investigate.

Anyways, is the pay back really worth it? What if your neighbor calls INS? You may lose in the long-term.

Can't you move? Or ignore them until your lease ends? What you can do is call the police multiple times complaining of the loud noise. I am sorry to hear you are going through so much trouble.

How easily they have diverted the real issue.

Don't you guys have a park, take kid over to the park, make some friends with other kids parents...and they know you. Talk only stuff that is kids related.

You must have small digital camera, take every moments pictures of your child..park, walking, stair, eating..everyting..all the time. IT'S DIGITAL ...ITS FREE. AND THIS HELPS A LOT.

WATCH TV ONLY CARTOON AND KIDS RELATED STUFF WHEN KIDS IS AWAKE, if you watched anything NOT EVEN NEWS besides that, and someone asked your child, if he/she tells you that..that mean your child is Watching something he shouldn't be. THEN YOU WILL BE IN TROUBLE.

If you are outside, talk English when you have to warn the child like 'Don't do this , please" in a very nice way.

Don't make your child scream, for time being, find a way to make him calm.

Don't get me wrong, your wife does not need to react on everthing.  Stay low profile and you guys are good to go.

u are right on the ANONYMOUS thing. and yes, call receiver and investigator are different but don't they have phone archives where we can tap into? every call can be traced. also we have solid proof. see, when CPS guy read the report there is a line that she used during confrontation in front of the landlord. i called him and verified it and he said he will help us in anyway he can. plus, our neighbors have given us complete support including nepali friends and families. and no, we cannot live in hell anymore. it is a

thank you for your suggestions but seems like u take us as fools. don't u think we don't do anything to please our flesh and blood? we go beyond ur list of things. all we did was to request them to quiet down and this is what we got in return. u don't know the whole story. the woman and her dog can make anybody go insane. even after repeated requests - they kept disturbing us and the mental woman came up with a story that we don't take care of our son and everyone is laughing at these allegations.

i will proceed accordingly after the meeting with lawyer.

Talk to the landlord and move to a peaceful location.
