I'm thinking about getting a Dog without paying a lot of money. Is there a way i could do it ? if someone has their story please share it with me.

 do you have craigslist in your area? if yes, search there because a lot of people want to give their pets to others for free.

Visit your local animal shelter.

Get a Toy Dog

Well visit the Humane society near your areas :) Adopt the young ones which will give you more chances to train them quickly and easily .  I have two dogs myself one Jack Russell terrier and German shepherd Mix with Australian Dingo . Shelters sometimes have really good dogs for adoption . Are you looking for specific breeds ?

MALTESE , CHIHUAHUA,  PUGS ,Yorkshire Terrier etc

 

If you really want smaller breed dogs look for Jack Russel Terrier short legs :P They are fun & awesome and it gets attached to family emotionally .

@ ChasMiss, I got 10 weeks old American BullDor (American Bulldog - Labrador Retriever Mix).  He is very very very hyper puppy though.
If u want it, u can have it. I know u like a small dog but this one gonna be a big dog. Let me know.

Also look around Humane society :) Also check around Petsmart around saturday morning time (9-10am) they have adoption program where people bring several dogs for adoptions.
